In a tightly spread network of 142 km of prepared winter hiking routes and mountain trails, (snow shoe) hikers and walkers have plenty to do.  Walk through the beautiful breathtaking landscape between the Wetterstein mountains with the Zugspitze, to the Karwendel alpine park with the famous Ahornboden, to the Mieming chain with the mighty Hohe Munde and to the Wildmoos conservation area.
