A small rustic parlor, far away from the hustle and bustle and very close to the things you enjoy doing. We would be happy to reserve a place in our lake parlor!
We love the essential, the original and the good. Just like our chef Christian Schwertner. That is why the ingredients for his culinary art are from the area. Meat and fish from local meadows and waters. Crunchy, sweet and freshly picked from the surrounding area. From the baker from the village and the farmers in the region. Knowing where it comes from. This is important. That's how he cooks. With pride in our own simple roots. With attention to detail and for culinary art. With simplicity and creativity in dealing with ingredients, preparation and display. And his unmistakable signature, which turns food into good food. Which creates space for the unusual, the special. And gives this feeling of sea a culinary note.
breakfast buffet (7:30am-10:30am)
The morning begins vitally, with the agony of choice. A rich and colorful breakfast buffet with lots of regional, fresh, freshly baked and sweet things. Beloved classics or own fresh creations. For your start of the day. The way you like it.
afternoon snack (12:30pm – 05:00pm)
After a day at the mountains, a game of golf or at the pool, the afternoon snack remains a fixed point in our culinary arrangement. In order to make this part of the day even more enjoyable in future, we are replacing the buffet with an à la carte selection between 12:30 pm and 5:00 pm as well as service at the table.

We feel and taste the close proximity to the lake, especially here. When the flavors make their way outdoors. From our bar and fireplace lounge, out to the lake, on our sun terrace. Airy, inviting, built close to the magic of water. Our foyer to the lake, restaurant and stage at the same time. Here we serve light dishes with sea breezes for refreshing intermezzi. In addition to à la carte, of course.
5 course menu (7:00pm-8:30pm)
Undisputed. The Seespitz asserts itself through individuality. Even in the kitchen. Refined, sophisticated, witty. Course after course, Christian Voss and his kitchen team create the perfection of simplicity with that certain something. A small culinary world on the tongue and the seascape in view, preferably pure. This is how we celebrate lust for life.
