Our prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices in your 4-star superior Hotel Seespitz are per stay, including ¾ luxury board, the use of our wellness and pool area, and free parking (underground parking up to a passage height of 2.10 meters on request plus € 15.00 per day).

Local tax Seefeld

A local tax of € 2.80 per adult per day and children from the age of 15 is not included in the price of the overnight stay.

Payment options

For payment we accept cash, ATM card and EC card as well as credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

Child discount and additional person in the room

• Children under 3: 90% discount
• Children between 4 and 6: 60% discount
• Children between 7 and 13: 30% discount
• Children and additional guests above 14: 20% discount
  

Deposit (only required for stays during the winter season)

To fix your reservation, a deposit of 10% of the booked arrangement or minimum € 200.00 is required. Please use the following bank account using your reservation number:

Cancellation for the summer season

Up to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner. Outside of this specified period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible with the following cancellation fees:

• We do not charge cancellation fees up to 14 days before arrival.
• Up to 7 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount
• Less then 7 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount

Cancellation for the winter season

Up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner. Outside of this specified period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible with the following cancellation fees:

• Up to 21 days before arrival we charge 40% of the total amount
• Up to 14 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount
• Less then 7 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount

In case of early departure, the full board price will be charged. We ask for your understanding that in the event of a cancellation or early departure we will charge according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).
