Uncertain times require flexible solutions. As part of our "vacation carefree package" we want to give you exactly this flexibility and allow you to plan your vacation without worries.

The following applies for stays during the summer season which are completed via our website or directly:

Cancellation or amendments are free of charge up to the 14 days prior to the arrival. Thereafter 50% and within the last week 90% of the total amount becomes due.

A deposit of 10% or at least € 200.00 is required to guarantee your booking.

In the event of early departure, the full board price will be charged. We ask for your understanding that in the event of a cancellation or early departure, we will charge you according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).

The following applies for stays during the winter season which are completed via our website or directly:

Cancellation or amendments are free of charge up to the 30 days prior to the arrival. Up to 20 days before arrival 40% thereafter up to 7 days 70% and within the last week 90% of the total amount becomes due.

A deposit of 10% or at least € 200.00 is required to guarantee your booking.

In the event of early departure, the full board price will be charged. We ask for your understanding that in the event of a cancellation or early departure, we will charge you according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).

Amendments of existing bookings & packages are subject to availability, promotional period and represents a withdrawal from the original accommodation contract, subsequently the conclusion of a new contract with the associated conditions.
