The following applies for bookings which are completed via our website or directly:
- Cancellation or amendments are free of charge up to the 60 days prior to the arrival.
From 59 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount will be charged.
From 30 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged.
From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged.
Same day cancellation and no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Best Price Rate (non-refundable) from date of booking: 100%.
- A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to guarantee your booking.
In the event of early departure, the full board price will be charged. We ask for your understanding that in the event of a cancellation or early departure, we will charge you according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).

Amendments of existing bookings & packages are subject to availability, promotional period and represents a withdrawal from the original accommodation contract, subsequently the conclusion of a new contract with the associated conditions.
