Sommelier Gionni Triolo – responsible for wine enjoyment at Seespitz
Gionni Triolo lives wine – and shares his knowledge with just the right mix of expertise and ease. As team leader, he is responsible for the wine recommendation for your 5-course à la carte menu in the evening and suggests aromas that match the moment: the view over the lake to the mountains, a good conversation at the bar, or a relaxed toast to the holiday day.
Short Bio
- Training at the Hotel Management School
- Bachelor in Tourism & Leisure Management
- Many years of experience in the hospitality industry (before, during, and after training)
- Specialization in wine:
- 2024: Training to become an Austrian Sommelier
- 2025: Diploma Sommelier
- Enthusiastic about tastings, personal conversations, and new discoveries
