Joshua Berwian lives and breathes wine – and shares his knowledge with just the right mix of expertise and ease. As team leader, he is responsible for recommending wines to accompany your five-course à la carte dinner in the evening, suggesting flavours that perfectly match the moment: the view over the lake to the mountains, a good chat at the bar, or a relaxed toast to the start of your holiday.
